  • Portrait Session times are not allocated and occur on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.
  • Studios open 2 hours prior to the ceremony and re-open immediately after the ceremony.
  • During a session, our professional photographers will take numerous shots of you and your family.
  • You will be able to view and purchase your images online within 48 hours after your portrait session.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This booking is for a Portrait Session ONLY, this does NOT include your Registration to attend a ceremony.

    • (Optional) Share your Portrait Session image proofs with friends and family by entering their email addresses here. They will be emailed when the proofs are ready to view online.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    The studio session fee covers your time with our professional photographer and does not include copies or the copyright of the studio images. The images can be purchased separately 48 hours after graduation.
    Save $10 when you pre-book your studio session. Yes, you can pay cash or EFTPOS for a studio session on graduation day. Please see our staff at the Photography Services Desk.
    You will need to show the QR code for the portrait session booking (either printed or on your phone) to our photographer. That will ensure your photos are attached to your G reference code.
    Any guests may join you in the studio. In some cases, family and friends without guest tickets can also participate in the studio session.
    We endeavour to have the proofs online within 48 hours of your ceremony. You will need your reference code starting with ‘G’ to view the images through the “View/Order Portrait Images” button on our website. Once the proofs are available you can start ordering, however please note, it could be up to 3 business days later for purchased digital images to be available to download.
    No. Pre-booking a portrait session is like booking an appointment with the photographer. The photos that they take are then available to purchase afterwards.
